Prosper North: The Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust

The Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust is an active BPT currently working in partnership with local authorities on a number of major capital projects.

They are primarily concerned with working on buildings where it has a legal interest in the property and where the property is either sold or leased on completion.

The Trust is building on its work with the five core local authorities and is currently seeking an extension to its geographical reach, exploring projects along the Rivers Tyne & Wear, taking in Northumberland and Durham.

The Tyne & Wear Building Preservation Trust joins the Prosper North community as part of Edition 2.
